A recent anomalous image emailed to this registry on September 18, 2001 shows a strange horned face in the smoke of the second World Trade Center tower hit by an aircraft piloted by suicide hijackers on September 11--just prior to the collapse of the building. The YANKEE ORACLE staff had seen this tragic event as videoed by news cameras many times on various television channels without noticing the diabolic face in the smoke.  The face emerges in a series of still frames taken by a photographer in Arizona as the events were being shown in a news video.

Perhaps, as had been speculated on the Magick Mirror site right after the WTC terrorist act, the persons self-describing themselves as "Islamic fundamentalists" were actually possessed by a "djinn". It is said by Arabic scholars & clerics that the djinn have gotten many people into serious trouble by fostering illusions and misunderstanding. Likewise, the Christian apostle St. Paul warned that we struggle against powers and principalities of darkness and not only against other human beings. What do you think of this image?
